2021 GEAR SETUP | MIKEY CICCARELLI

Mikey Ciccarelli, Cab 540, NZ. [o] Chris Witwicki

“I've been riding this setup for a long time and I love it. Burton makes amazing gear so I'm really grateful every time I strap in. My setup can handle it all—riding big jumps to ripping mini side-hit laps. I definitely prefer a camber board, it gives you a much more of a responsive ride. I suggest you wax your board as often as you can, it’s the easiest way to keep your board in good shape. And if possible, have a few different boards for different terrain, having a pow board makes those deep days even more enjoyable. And if you don't, set your stance back as much as you can."

Burton Board | Paramount, 155

“The perfect park board. I like the wideness of this board and the stiffness. It's a bit on the stiffer side but that is what I prefer. I would recommend this board to someone that rides a lot of park and enjoys jumping.”

Burton Bindings | Cartel

“The stiffness is perfect and I love the way this binding feels when I'm strapped in. Cartel binding is for the intermediate-to-advanced rider that wants more of an aggressive setup.”

Burton Boots | ION

“This boot is very solid and is the perfect stiffness for my riding style. I ride the ION Boa model. I really like that Boa lets you pinpoint the tightness of your boot with ease. Once they are broken in you will love them. They keep their stiffness for a long time, too. These boots give you lots of support and protect your ankles if you're taking deep landings.”
